Structural features

1. The structure is slip type of tightly locked disc drive, single end face with inner axle sleeve, inner flushing and assembling seal, so as to avoid the influence of axial adjustment of pump on the compression of mechanical seal during installation.

2. The space between the sealing chamber and the rear guard plate should be as open as possible to avoid the mechanical seal failure caused by slurry deposition around the sealing surface.

3. Flushing water with external pressure can flush the slurry near the mechanical seal surface, and the flushing water will enter the medium.

Instructions

1. When installing, lubricating oil should be coated on the inner hole of the sleeve and O-ring seal (EPDM cannot be coated with petroleum lubricating oil), so as to facilitate installation.

2. When the mechanical seal is installed correctly, the outer O-ring and the snap ring shall be taken off before the machine being started.

3. The flushing water pressure should be higher than the medium pressure 0.1Mpa.

4. Before the pump starts, you need to open the flushing water 5 minutes in advance, and stop the pump for 5 minutes before turning off the rinse water.
